It's true. I'm happier today than I've been in the past.
Why? Because I made it an intentional habit of writing down what I'm thankful for, every single day. I've always considered myself a grateful person, but I believe a key difference was becoming consistent.
We all know people in our lives that are hell-bent on being unhappy. This might not work for them. (You know, that person who is obsessed about all the "bad" in their lives... comparing how much their life sucks next to so-and-so's life.) But I digress.
