I recently smoked a whole chicken and tried this dry rub recipe for the first time. It was nothing short of incredible. The nieces & nephews were present when I removed the bird from the smoker, and it never even got to the dinner table. I made the mistake of slicing off a little piece for them to taste, and the little heathens proceeded to eat the whole thing. This is a recipe that's going to stay in use at my house for sure. Enjoy!
