Just a short post this week.
Even though the days are short and cold, I enjoy this time of year. My I.T. consulting usually slows down, and allows time for reflection and planning.
Not a perfect year by any stretch, but I'm happy to have made some progress. I also gained some clarity for new direction(s), and am super-happy to have said "NO" to some soul-sucking people/places/things.
I hope that you're enjoying the season and time with family and friends. Thanks for being in my life and helping make this a great year. I wish you all the best!
Here's some stuff that I found this week that I thought was cool enough to share. (Enjoy!)
- "9 Reasons Analog Games Are Awesome"
- "Real Mind Control: The 21-Day No-Complaint Experiment"
- "In Praise of Shadows: Ancient Japanese Aesthetics and Why Every Technology Is a Technology of Thought"
What does this season mean for you?
